TSE’s Sales Mastermind program blends 10 to 12 sellers from a variety of industries and backgrounds into cohorts led by a certified sales instructor. Sellers take turns occupying the “hot seat,” and sharing their personal challenges with other group members who share solutions that have worked for them in the past. The high-impact peer-to-peer format allows sellers to leave each week’s meetings with new strategies to help them move toward their goals.

How Sales Mastermind Works
The TSE Sales Mastermind program works because it joins sellers from different industries and backgrounds in a peer-to-peer cohort that encourages the sharing of personal challenges and solutions. Sellers accepted into the Mastermind will identify one personal goal that will move them toward unprecedented success, and then work with the group to accomplish it.
Step 1: Apply
Because the Mastermind places sellers based on experience and ability, sellers must apply to take part in the cohort. Applications are reviewed to determine how sellers should be placed, and applicants will meet with a consultant or coach prior to being accepted to the program. Successful applicants will be placed in a cohort that best matches their specific needs.
Step 2: Set a Goal
Each seller in the cohort will identify a specific sales goal that will move them toward unprecedented success over the course of three months. Coaches will help sellers set that specific goal and will help them understand how to build accountability around it.
STEP 3: Participate
The cohort will feature a “Hot Seat” discussion each week which will require members to share their specific issues with the rest of the group and seek insights and ideas about how to tackle them. Cohort members must come to the cohort prepared to share their insights with the person on the “hot seat” and help move them closer to their personal sales goal and also to report on their own progress and goals.
STEP 4: Execute
Set a plan to apply the insights, feedback, and lessons you’ve learned during the Mastermind to your own sales work in the coming week.
STEP 5: Engage and Succeed
Participate in the online community and meet with your accountability partner at least once during the week.
