The preferred method for the delivery of the Sales Mindset Training program by most teams is virtually. Under this method the program lasts anywhere from 4-7 weeks. How many can participate in the training?

We can train as many individuals as needed. We will work with the leadership team and organize sellers into smaller cohorts to maximize the learning experience. 

What if I can't make a session?

For online/hybrid training only, if for some reason you’re unable to make a session, no worries. We will record each session and provide it to you within 24 hours. For an in-person session, we will share the slide deck if applicable, and homework assignments. We encourage those missing an in-person session to connect with a team member as well as their facilitator to catch up on what they missed.

How many sellers are a part of the cohort?

Since each organization's needs differ the cohort size may be adjusted. Generally, each cohort has 25 individuals.

How long is each group session?

Generally each session will last 2 hours or other wise specified based on the needs of the team.
